Hi all, greetings from abroad--sunny and relaxed.

Has anyone tried the mac button on NJP site as was supposed to be available from the 11.4.2008?

Someone should also keep check on companies house website for activity on redten communications ltd and their mortgage holder online distribution ltd --owner of both one Mr Shariz Jessa.

Make sure you continue to complain to OFCOM in order that they have sufficient evidence to prosecute redten.

Clode will need to respond soon to the various deadlines they've been given.

If not positively then I see a nice couple days down in Cardiff when I get back.

    Keep your spirits up everyone

Still no option to obtain a MAC through the account portal - strangley though, the option to cancel the account has been removed - wonder what they are up to!

Notice there is an option to "regrade" your account. Havent had the guts to click it and find out what it is though as thought it would be too much like admitting acceptance to this service.

    just contacted bt on 150
they have told me my line isnt tagged and im free to go to another service provider

if anyone calls bt on 150 ask for the tagging department, and they will tell you if line is tagged or not

still gotta sort out £19.99 to clode tho

You need a mac code or BT to do a Pretend home move or go with talk talk who use LLU
