    Just started the process. I haven't received any reply from Clode after the specified 10 days so over to the FOS.

    Im going to wait and see what Mr Gulzar offers me tomorrow.

    If it isnt immediate cancellation with no penalty and I get to keep PC without charge (as it was FREE after all) then they can stick it.

    Just want this over and done with as its on my mind all the time now - daft I know, but it is.

    i then posted the "is anyone else having problems" and it let me see page 184.

    a few days ago i could not get on to this thread HTTP 500 error, i could read other threads on this site but not this one, i had to delete all my cookies, temp files etc and then i could get on this thread.

    just been on phone to Financial Ombudsman Service and they say they cannot deal with anything before April 6th 2007, they gave me the number for finance and leasing association 02078366511. will give them a ring now.

    clode are not a member of finance and leasing association.
    phoning clode now to ask who they are signed up to, just asked them surprise surprise the are not signed up with anybody.

    clode phone number 029 20367700 now gives recorded message saying the number has been changed to 08448444700
