To clarify this do you mean anything from before this date, as at first read its a bit confusimicating as it reads they are not willing to get involved until that date which as obviously passed and therefore looks like a typo!

just sent this back to Clode in response to their complaint closure email, I will also be putting this in the post (recorded)

Could you please re-open my complaint until I am satisfied that it has been resolved. Good customer services WOULD NOT close a complaint without clarification from the customer that the matter is resolved!!!

Until I receive an Unlimited Service I am not happy for my complaint to be resolved.

Please respond to let me know that my complaint is re-opened and I would be grateful if you could please provide me with a complaint reference number

I am still having problems with the email throught web mail, does anyone use it. What do I need to do.

just spoke to the FSA to ask if the are the regulator of clode, the answer is yes and no,
they regulate them as a whole company but not on the loans side of things.
having said that they would take on our cases because they cover the whole company (but only if you signed up after april 6th 2007).
the reason for this is the next step after FSA is the Financial Ombudsman Service
