I got a reply to one of my e-mails here it is.........

Many thanks for your email. I can’t guarantee we can help as I know we’ve struggled with Redten in the past, but I've forwarded your mail on to our Watchdog Editor, Scott Colvey (watchdog@pcpro.co.uk). Watchdog is the section at the rear of the magazine where we attempt to solve readers' problems with vendors.
Naturally, we get many emails to Watchdog each month, and can't solve or get involved with all the problems. However, we do attempt to contact the vendor on your behalf, to see if that will help speed up the response
If you have any further details to share, please email them direct to Scott at watchdog@pcpro.co.uk.
Best regards

• Hi,

This may be useful to some of u...

Deadline passed on the last letter I sent to clode today. I phoned them in a last ditch attempt to get things resolved. Clode again told me that I am one of a handful of customers who had complaints dating back until b4 the day we were 'cut off'.

He said that the redten situation is a 'real mess' and that they had been in negotiations with Mr G about what they were gonna do regarding ending our contracts.

He said that they hope to have something concrete by the end of the week. I am gonna get the paperwork for the FSO sorted over the next few days and send it off on Friday if they haven't got it sorted.

Thanks for all the info and updates posted by others.

I emailed clode this morning asking when I would get a response to my letters, telling them it was not unreasonable of me to ask for a timeframe given that had a month to sort it out, also copied care at redten about it.

REDTEN actually responded.
after all this time what did this great response say.
One word.

NO.

Thanks got another email address for redten then try Alex at redten now.

what do you expect from staff that cannot even lift a phone up to their ear without dropping it. they must be too tired from opening all the complaint letters, they must be shattered by the end of the day.

What can the FOS do for people like myself who were conned after apr07?....would still be more nails in redtens coffin if the people like myself contacted them, might speed up the process of them going bust!:T then eveyone concerned will get out of this mess.

Despite very careful use I have now down/uploaded 10.8 gb in the last 2 weeks. Anybody gone over the 15 gb cap yet? If so has the speed been throttled back again?

I have done around 3gb and my connection is limited to 120-130kb. Probably a measure to make it hard to reach 15gb cap limit. :(
