This is the first time I have posted but I have been following this website from the start and lately www.deadten.com
I've been a customer of Redten since Nov 06 and have followed the advice given on this website with sending my lettters out recorded delievery on 6th April to Redten and Clode. I have today recieved the standard letter back from Clode with which I dispute.

Ive not been on the phone to Redten or Clode that often because I have not had the time to wait for a reply. What is the next step I have to take to move this along so I can get out of this contract

what about when the computer hasnot worked properly since early last year keeps crashing and most occasions on startup it asks for the origanal disks to boot up but they havent as yet supplied i have all your gripes professor and that too !!! so i assume i can say i have dissfunctional equipment which could have been fixed easily early last year for almost nothing but no ive had to suffer and pay for it then get all this kicked into me !!! im not wasting my time on clode / redten no more monday morning going to see cab and try to get them to sort out getting claim made they origanally did my letter template and i gave them 14 days to cancel as per instructed by cab legal person and thats just about up didnt ask for resolve as it dont matter they havent supplied what ive been paying for so stuff em they can see me in a nice little court room !!!

Above post by lurksalot indicates £240 as acceptable so not far off. Might be worth a bit of negotiation.
