    We should go easy on Clode I think we'll find that Clode are just going by what Deadten are telling them, they are a finance company and probably dont know anything about ISP 's but then neither do Deadten.

    If you talk to Clode they are very helpful and sympathetic to our problems but there hands are tied,Deadten are the company that should be facing our wrath but they got around that by not answering any correspondence or phone calls.

    all they care about now is money they can lose, and it looks like they ready to tell you completely lies. I doubt that clode managers that stupid that do not understand whats going on. I'm sure they are aware of joint responsibility in our contracts but just prefer do not mention it until people start to issue court claims.

    they are just trying to fob us off they have a responsibilty to us as we are paying them. and as for sympathetic and helpful i disagree when all they do is point you back to redten. clode dont understand that redten wont talk to us.
  • Hi just been on to FO they cant do anything for anyone who took out deals with clode before April 2007
    Clode are not regulated by anyone, so no help there. Just got the standard letter back from clode saying that the find the matter closed ( please some one tell me thats a joke ) Solicitor doesnt want to take the case as he says its to messy and could cost me a small fortune.
    None of the so called reg bodies ie offcm etc want to know. So as from today I have canccelled the direct debit to clode and will be with talk talk from tomorow. I for one will be glad to be taken to court by Clode as I shall make sure it is in all the papers and at least local radio.
    We all need to make a stance, if everyone cancelled the DD then things would come to a head very quickly.

    By FO I assume you mean Financial Ombudsman - Is there a reason that they cannot do anything?

    Clode are not regulated?

    If by cancelling the DD to Clode we are putting ourselves in a dodgy position, there must be redress for us, we haven't done anything wrong.

    All I want is my connection back. I have been disconnected since 10th March.
    I paid for 3 years upfront from Feb 07, by cheque!!!!!
    All I need is for Redten to tell NJP my MAC code so I can access the service through them, albeit limited.
    Am calling the 02088 105 244 number but it is just ringing out. Been doing that for 5 mins. Before that it was engaged all of the time.
    If Redten are monitoring this, you have my original order number, please contact NJP and get me back online asap.
    I have sent numerous emails but with no response.

    I spoke to Shiraz Jessa last night, This is what he had to say

    I had left the company board on 9th July 2007.
    The business of Redten was sold there-after and new management took control in September 2007.

    Thank you for being a one of the first Redten Internet Customer whilst I was still with the the busines and apologies for the inconvenenace you are having to endure. In support of some of our old Customers as well as some friends who use Redten service, I have been in contact with the current MD and seek asistance on their behalf

    I have collected enough docs and other proofs to take it to the court. As I often work over internet my company's lawyer said that they will provide me with legal support in the court if needed. Just waiting answer on my letters sent this week, so these guys have time until 28 April, if answer is not received I take it to the court.
