Can you confirm that Clode sent you a letter saying that we are on a 15GB DOWNLOAD limit from redten/njp?
Do you think that is what Redten have told them?? As we all know it is a combined donwload/upload 15gb cap that we are on, which for me equates to about 10gb download 5gb upload.
I wonder just how much of the truth Clode do know from redten.....
Yup the letter says 15GB DOWNLOAD limit per month,

So much for their monitoring of our downloads then eh!0 -
clode say: It is currently unclear what responsibility ISP’s have in relation to the illegal downloading of these type and they are seeking OFCOM guidance on this matter.
the truth is:existing surveillance and privacy laws explicitly forbid ISPs to inspect the contents of data packets without being forced to by a legal warrant.
does anybody else smell sh*t?
coz i smell sh******t!0 -

Just got off the phone to Clode afterspeaking to a very nice Customer Services Manager, Hannah Sexton - no joy. They are aware of the problem, and are looking into it, they have even set up a special department to look into this issue - but you can't speak to them! They've had a lot of letters, so suggested I e-mail them with my complaint. I pointed out that I had sent several over the last couple of weeks (and even had read receipts from Clode), without even getting as much as an acknowledgement. Promised they were looking into it, and would get back to me, just didn't know when that would be!!!0

Booger.
The cancel acccount option isnt there anymore - so we are still locked in.
MORE calls to Redten and Clode today Im afraid.
EDIT:
Just got through on the 0208 number after 2 rings. "Hello", "hello is that Paul" says I - just hung up the ignorant git. Got him though as he knew he mustve spoken to me before.0 -
