Curious. I'm getting HTTP500 errors trying to access this thread through my RT connection. Had to take a very devious route in. Am I alone in this?

Well it's back again but I'll maintain my paranoia if you don't mind. Just re-reading the t&cs looking for the disclaimer on damage to mental health...

NJP site now states we are on redten max.

Cancel account page seems to work but didn't actually go thro process of answering questions to complete cacellation process.

T&C seem to be updated for max but other section to buy extra gigs still suggests its 15Gig and not fully updated yet.

Think I might of got carried away - T&C still say 15gig

    Tried the Cancel account page,
Tells you that you owe money on the account £15.82 in my case, so went for it and clicked cancel.
    came back with an error

    Error:-
Cancel account Account Cancellation - Final Payment

    Payment Declined

    EXPIRED CARD

Checked in the payment section of the my Account page and it does have my Card Number but no other details. I'm not prepared to pay to cancel at this point.

Folks I sent Clode a complaint email after the letter dated 03/04/08, today i get the following letter dated the 7th from them: -

Following on from your recent complaint and further to our previous correspondance you will now have been fully connected to the new Broadband service provided under your Redten agreement by NJP services

We understand and appreciate the difficulties you will have experienced during the transfere of the service from BT to NJP services and can only appologise again on behalf of Redten. You will note that the NJP supplied broadband service is currently limited to 15GB DOWNLOAD limit per month which differes from the previoiously supplied 'Unlimited' facility provided under BT

Can you confirm that Clode sent you a letter saying that we are on a 15GB DOWNLOAD limit from redten/njp?

Do you think that is what Redten have told them?? As we all know it is a combined donwload/upload 15gb cap that we are on, which for me equates to about 10gb download 5gb upload.

I wonder just how much of the truth Clode do know from redten.....
