Tried the number they just send you back to Redten. I've just the Contact Us feature as well and requested my MAC code, informing them of the obligation from OFCOM to release it. Not heard anything back.
Reported Redten to OFCOM again this morning for failure to provide Customer Service / Breach of Contract / Failure to provide MAC code

I did not get the PC on Credit from CLODE so I am only paying £10 a month for the broadband, they ran out when I signed up that was Jan 2007.

What I did ??...I decide to call the MD of redten on this number :0118 956 6566 Mr Barbar :AGulzar , and Asked him for my Mac code , the one mac code that I did ask redten 8 times over the phone , by email and by letter and recieved no reply at all , so he told me he will get that to me and suprise...suprise after 35 minutes I did received :beer: a text message with my Mac code from this phone : 07717500582

I also contacted WATCHDOG by email and phone (20 seconds is all your allowed) That was back on thread 432 on the 13 of March and still nothing from them. So thats four of us for that one now.Ron.
