I agree with most of your post, there's a part of me that's angry at MSE. Mainly because alot of my posts were deleted and they refused to answer as to why they were being deleted (they also deleted any post where I asked why, looked like a cover-up to me). The first post I noticed going missing mearly suggested contacting Watchdog so I don't see any reason why it should have been deleted.

There's a good reason why I don't use MSE as a regular forum, I only came back here to discuss Redten.

They agreed to look at the case, I guess I am also frustrated that they haven't contacted Redten AFAIK (MSE have now been in contact with me).

I have Baber's e-mail address too which I promised not to give out on the forum and that's a promise I'll keep. So while I contact him on the phone sometimes, most conversations are done via e-mail.

just got through on that number and its now a answer machine saying they cannot take your call at the moment and to leave a message.
i left my details and ask for a call back, i will sit here striking matches on wet tripe while i Wait, probably more chance of getting them to light than redten to ring me back.

Good afternoon happy campers, like everyone else have tried the 0208 number this morning, quite a lot with the same results as everyone else, so I think we can safely say that number is now dead, I am not saying that we should not still try it but dialing/hanging up on a continual basis is only going to make them more determined not to answer it. May I suggest try it once an hour if you get through and cut off give it a break for another hour, let someone else be frustrated for a bit LOL.

Have done the usual rounds of contacting everyone this morning, still no joy, but I'm a tenacious little git (ok well maybe not so little) and we will get there in the end.

Has anyone got through on the 0844 number today or is that still non operational?

Time for lunch, oh I almost forgot if you are reading this Mr Moody, Paul or Dave (as you both promised to get back to me), thanks for the call back yesterday, guess you must have forgotten.

Benji I too have spoke to Mr Gulzar last night. also promised not to publish the email he gave me. this is the first contact that I have achived with REDTEN. I am now waiting to find out if he can now keep his promise to sort this out for me and eveyone else. Again thankyou to you for coming back to the forum. it just looks like it is going to be a slow process to get away.

I did try the 0844 number this morning, but after listening to the crap music for 30 minutes I got cut off.

Phoned Clode again they are still refusing to take any responsibility. But had a rant anyway, told them I am refusing to pay from now on until the dispute is settled. They have quite clearly stated in writing that I'm not getting what I paid for so that's an admission that the contract has been broken as far as I'm concerned. More than happy if they want to take me to court, hopefully it will be at the same court as me taking Redten.
