For anyone else who - like me - paid upfront for 3yrs, here's where I'm up to. Consumer Direct (0845 4040506) advised me to give RT 14 days written notice to restore original service. I also rejected the new t&cs on the NJP site. After 14 days, no response. CD passed case to my local trading standards who got back to me within the hour and asked for all paperwork. They are getting back to me Friday 11th. Both bodies sounded optimistic for an eventual refund as I paid by credit card. Sadly, seems you have to follow this protracted procedure to get there.
How have you rejected the T&C's on NJP site?

What I did ??...I decide to call the MD of redten on this number :0118 956 6566 Mr Barbar :AGulzar , and Asked him for my Mac code , the one mac code that I did ask redten 8 times over the phone , by email and by letter and recieved no reply at all , so he told me he will get that to me and suprise...suprise after 35 minutes I did received :beer: a text message with my Mac code from this phone : 07717500582
So... today I`m enjoining free customer services 24/7 in UK and great broadband for only £10 p/month .
Good Luck to all !!! and I will not never again be on this small providers!!
ps. I paid up front ...so used 18 months ... but happy to be out!

Hey thanks for the advice on Sky broadband. Im glad most of you knew what I was talking about. Never heard of Sky Contraception anyway and I doubt Loaded has ever needed to use it, probably just read about it in one of his mags0
