Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
Personally, I'm more bothered about the Clode agreement. I'm waiting for the situation there to be clarified before I push for a MAC code or force the line for a new provider.

so what is the real postal address for redten?

has anyone got any replies on recorded deliveries?

    NO

And it certainly isn't the Companies House Registered postal address either (well thats what it says in the Original & ONLY correspondence, Redten have ever sent me)
as my letter to Finway, Luton has come back today as RTS, ticked 'addressee has gone away'.
I wonder where he went, bet it's back under the bridge, Don't feed the trolls!

So that's another criminal offence then by not accepting mail at their registered address

Unless they have recently changed the registered address to something else and then maybe it's just slipped their minds to notify their customers of the change but hey that doesn't sound like something Redten would do to their loyal customers does it?

    Hi Hugo,

Sent mine on Friday 4th April signed for on 7th.

Address was 23 Castalia Square, London, E14 3NG.
The Finway address is their Customer Services - It's no real surprise that there's no-one at that address given their legendary customer service!:rotfl:
