just called NJP, It's a technical issue they have. BT have dropped two of there main connections. Hoping to have it back within the hour

Redten I know you are reading this Barbar Galzar told me so himself yesterday. So here's the situation
[FONT=&quot]I am holding your company in breach of contract because:
1.You have patently not endeavoured to ensure that the service under the terms & conditions has been provided using reasonable skill and care.
2.You have applied a limit to my service without giving me prior notice of, of any description.
3.You are unable to provide a service of unrestricted broadband internet access and I have not been given the options outlined in 12.10 and 12.12 of the T&C's.
4.You have made a contract modification which is most definitely of material detriment to myself, without giving me 14 days written notice.
5.You have not taken reasonable precautions to keep the details of my order and payment secure, as my card details have appeared on the NJP members page, without any notice to or permission from myself – an action that is very serious.
6.My service is no longer for unrestricted broadband access, something which I originally signed up for and am still paying for via Clode Retail Finance Ltd. Whilst not mentioned in the terms and conditions, it was clearly offered in your original advertising, along with a free PC and upgrade to 24mb/s, which I am not getting.


I require you to forward my MAC code, send written confirmation to myself of the ending of this agreement without any financial penalty, inconvenience & adverse credit rating effect to myself and settle any financial issues that you have directly with Clode finance immediately.

Barbar himself has already told me that you will not be able to offer unlimited internet access, and promised to call me this morning, " another broken promise " a conversation I recorded and so have undeniable proof that you have broken the contract.
I have even offered to return the PC, something I am not obliged to do.

Do the decent thing Cancel my contract now, issue my MAC code and I'll go away, that simple. In case you've forgotten my Redten ID is RBB10002162

we did agree to 3 years of uncapped unlimited broadband, we kept our part of the deal.
unlike redten who have tried to worm there way out of the contract but still get us to pay over the top for what they are offering.

have been trying to ring redten on the 0208 8105244 number at first it was busy at about 1100 it rang for 6.5 minutes they cut off (bt say line was busy) this went on and on, then it rang for 4.5 minutes then they (redten) picked up and hung up without speaking

I've had pretty much the same thing all day, been trying to ring pretty much constantly since 09:00am. Either engaged or rings no answer then cuts off

Me too - noone answers!!! They answered on this number yesterday!!!
