See thats the catch 22 situation isnt it - I dont want this to adversley affect my credit rating but I might have no choice.

There would be serious repercussions with both Clode and Redten if my credit rating suffered because of their incompetence.

I sent my next 2 letters yesterday followed by e-mails
if i get no satisfaction within the next 10 days i will be stopping my DD too
my wife on this occasion is in full agreement with me lol
by the way i got hard copy of the e-mail they sent everybody
the e-mail they sent to me came through my old tesco account

i feel the first thing clode would do is sell the debt to another body without going through the courts
maybe a new company with red in the title

Phone Clode and tell them you are still waiting on the laptop as Redten have not provided you with what you asked they have to cancel.
I was in the exact same position and it has been cancelled.

im free to join any internet company i like because i dont need a mac code been on to clode today girl called louise she says she needs more time to resolve my case i told her i dont want anymore service from redten and i wanted my contract ripped up and i canceling my direct debit they wouldnt even have the balls to take any1 off us to court because they would be laughed at

i will be suspending ours very soon if no replies are forthcoming.
payments will be made on time into a savings account just in case judge finds in their favor.
this may be the only way to make them admit their responsibility in this case.

Phone Clode back and ask them when they will be sending out the Laptop you still haven't received.
Can't beleive how crap redten and clode are.
