    Lets just clarify what has been accomplished here.

    Last night Clode, via managing director, was still saying that the redten positio is that the lack of bandwidth is because of checking for copy write blah blah , bland letter that some have recieved by email. Letters went out yesteday and the day before with the same message,to those that wrote in to Clode complaining and demanding that the termination of contract by redten was substantial.

    The phone numbers for redten are this morning unmanned and have been so for the period of 2 and one half hours since this morning. The sales number is unmanned and not answering and the London forwarding number is unmanned and not answering.

    Clode cannot contact redten
    NJP servics cannot contact redten

    Redten has issued no statements or press releases in their name anout the position.

    I have asked by letter, email and phone for one month for a mac code and have had no respponse from redten --if you have a current cntract with them and clode, you will not get a mac code from NJP ( this has been the insruction to NJP )

    I have coonducted the business I have with redten correctly, formally , in writing and within coontract; I have paid on time every time in accordance with the contract.

    This has not been the case by redten or their partners.

    Tell me again Benjimoron how the position has changed and what you have achieved?

    Well said, I too have tried to contact Redten all morning with no success, they now answer the phone but hang up immediately. I think the end is very near for them ....:mad:

    no i recieved exactly the same letter yesterday dated 3rd of april other than that ive recieved one other letter saying it was all back to normal and that was weeks ago ive not recieved one email of of clode or redten throughout all of this either or never any return calls from any of them but i did recieve last week a reminder that my payment was over i cancelled mine right at the start then we got switched over and i sorted it with clode to reinstate the direct debit to insure there was no missing payments until the matter was solved
    to which they reprisented the mandate on the same day 1st of april as they tried to take the money obviously it was returned by the bank as they know as well as me you have to wait around 7- 9 days for it to be reactivated but that said i did get an appollogy for that .
    but the point is i spoke to them on the phone when i see the money had been returned 3rd of april and they said a letter had been sent about the broadband issue and low and behold the one about payment had arrived on the 4th of april one day after but this one came yesterday see if they are chasing thier money it happens in hours or days if its a customer gripe it takes weeks months and a few more days i still feel all i want is out ive had enough of what i would call near on non existant communication and the seemignly lack of response to thier customers unsatisfaction .

    Mmmm thats what I thought bit it is listed in the redten email! Did you get any joy from them?
    I'll do a screen shot of the email to show i'm not a fake in a minute and replace the copy and pasted one that way I wont be putting a free clicky link in for the cowboys!

    I didnt hang on - just said I had the wrong number.

    On hold to deadten AGAIN now though - 5 minutes and counting. If i eventually get through an they hang up im going to be SO P!*£$* OFF.

    EDIT: 10 minutes and counting
    EDIT: 15 Minutes and counting
    EDIT: 20 minutes and giving up.

    has anyone managed to get through to Redten at all today.
    I've been trying since 08:30am pretty constantly without any luck at all.
    Picked up a few times but then cut off straight away.

    Have you already spoke to redten and asked for a mac code? The number I used from the email said they had received a request from RT and then gave me the number, well I say me but the account is in the Mrs's name so she has to do all the calls while I am giving her the prompts on what to say! She must love me really otherwise after all the phoning I have had to get her to do she'd have killed me!!

  • Nothing has changed.

    Redten are still on their delaying tactics.

    OFCOM have been unable to contact them

    If OFCOM cannot contact them they will prosecute, however that will be too late as they will have gone into administration by then!!

    The accounts and reports are due at Companies House in May 2008.

    Mark my words. Mind you then we will get our macs from NJP Services sorry fast4.
