I agree it's not the most proffessional way to communicate to customers so that's why I have insisted that letters are sent out to every customer to notify them of the changes as set out by the contract and law.
You should also be receiving a phone call within the next few days.
There are alot of people on here who are happy to shoot the messenger, I have given you some information that you haven't been able to get. Simple as that, if you don't like the information then that's up to you but I'm doing my best to give you some advance notice.

Thanks from me too Benji, its good to know that Redten are still trying to improve their service, even though its not what I signed up for.
But what about customers who can't get the service? If it is Talk Talk who will provide a new service I for one can't get it. All they can offer me is 2 meg broadband for £15 per month.0 -
I don't think what Benji has managed to do has been fully appreciated here by theese peoples. He has been working his socks off on your behalf actually getting something done and although I am quite happy with the current service at least I can see all the work and effort Benji has put in for the benefit of Redten customers. Thank you for spelling it all out Benji so there are no misunderstandings..0

i think that if you read the posts most people actually appreciate what benji has done. but it should have come from Redten/clode/njp themselves not from another forum member.0 -
