To be honest I wouldn't like to give away anything that could give clues as to my identity/whereabouts because of the hostility that has been shown as you can see someone has already threatened to take the wheels off my car. I foolishly thought it fair or right or just to put the thoughts of someone who was quite happy with the new service. I'm really off now to my home and family and car with wheels on.

4 days and nothing forthcoming from MSE
i held off going through the grief of recorded delivery letters in the hope that they would at least tell us whether that was definately neccessary. but no, Archna and Martin are quiet. guess i'll have to bite the bullet and send them tomorrow.

has anyone got a MAC from redten, even by agreeing to continue their clode payments, for the remainder of their contract, but just changing ISP's (ie paying twice)

i think what was said you have taken the wrong way i think it was said as i see it as in a how would you like it statement not as a threat well i would hope thats how it was meant and hope poster of that comment can and will rectify any such comment made and what the intended purpose was and i will say something about tariq at redten hes the only person who had ever sorted out anything for me but ive still yet to recieve my free vista upgrade or my restore disks as my computer is not still running properly from early last year so im not getting the full use out of it and it was tariq that got my connection problem sorted last year when i had almost to no acces for nearly two months and i paid still even though i wasnt getting my service for them months !!! also i still got not got my uk keyboard and to top it all off my connection is capped to where im not using my computer as i want too !!! and you are lucky you do still have wheels on your car as i cant drive mine now thanks to the phone bill i got to pay which means i cant get the mot done on my car because bt want it for ringing all the above companys in question and now im stuck here scared to use my bandwith and cant even visit my family or childeren because i now have no transport so now ask what my gripes are other than breach of contract!!!.
