well when i spoke to a guy from clode he told me the fones were constantly ringing with complaints from unhappy redten customers. personally i will be calling them again tomorrow, and everyday til its sorted. when i asked why i still had no reply to emails and my letters i was told it was down to the sheer volume of complaints. so whoever at clode believes this issue is sorted is in a different dimension to the rest of us.

im not getting what im paying for and im fed up with excuses.

It would appear that they don't want to talk to me, as I have recieved no emails or any other corespondence from clode or redten. I have sent emails and letters to both clode and redten and recieved read reciepts from clode. Do they think I am a happy custard as I ain't. Or perhaps they don't think I am one of them there pirates that the tinternet is full of (or so they seem to think)?

I have never used the redten email address's allocated to me from the beginning but....

Ive just realised something strange, when clode emailed me about the cost of cards at 1.6% it was on my personal non redten email address which has only been setup in the last few months and redten/clode have no way of getting ???
The only way they could have got it is saverstores mailing list.
