    but please dont forget the e-mail we recievd today and the clear admission that we had unlimited and now we dont
    and why clode are suddenly putting there heads above the trench and getting involved in the product not only the agreement

    By the way, people, this is probably a high court issue, rather than a small claims court issue. It's a Contract Law thing, thus not dealt with by the small claims court. The only way for it to go to small claims is to let Clone take you to court, then explain what has happened to a judge.

    my pages refresh when i ask them to
    bt talk to me when i ring
    my new home hub is working fine so far
    my redten comp is ready for them to collect i even polished it
    ive counted user names on here between page 50 and 75 and got to 45 people and still counting i guess you can double that to take into account those that dont put up posts but use the valuable info being shared

    I didn't mean to drum up hostilities I was thinking these things should be putting into perspective. As Clode have said that 15GB seems to be adequate for the vast majority of peoples but if not to speak to Redten. Has anyone does this? Perhaps they will increase to 30GB or proper unlimited. I use the internet a lot as does my good wive and children and I am thinking I am not going to need anywhere nears the 15GB in a month. Those on here are complaining of slower speeds, my experience is faster speeds with much reduced dropped connections. Obviously not the same for everyone better for some worse for some that cannot be helped. I was pointing out that you all seem to have got into a frenzy about a small blip in service and perhaps you should be stepping back and taking stock of what you have got. Except for the poor peoples that have not got swopped over and even one say on here all he wants is the swop to be connected. That's all I am trying to point out. I feel sorry for the poor ordinary staff at Redten/Clode who have to take the wrath of your whipped up frenzy when answers the phones. They are ordinary peoples who have a home and family and are working to earn a decent living.

    See the Tesco Misprice Thread. Someone there tried to take Tesco to small claims court for breach of contract Tesco refuding to honoour their R&R policy. They lost because the judge said it was Contract Law, thus needed to be dealt with by the High Court. You're asking to be freed from the contract with Clode/Redten.

    Yes. They'd only need to go to the Small Claims Court, as they'd be pursuing you for an "unpaid" debt. They are a finance company - of course they can afford it. Whether they choose to do it is another thing. They may choose to sell off the debt to someone else for a lot less money and let them do the chasing. As long as you've put everything in writing to them and Redten about the breach of contract and they fail to address the issues, even if they did take you to court for non-payment, chances are they'd lose.

    Loaded or should I just say Redten, you obviously are not reading all the posts properly, or you would see I replied to your early post about this, I have tried all day to speak to Redten to get this sorted, with various promises of call backs and untold number of times where they/you have just hung up on me. my patience has worn out with them/you. I too feel sorry for the poor folks answering the phone, one of them has even emailed deadten.com site with info so I know they are not happy. but it's their bosses that need to sort this mess out. and do it quickly.
