Obviuosly my post was not directed at you redten and others that have been unfortunate enough not to be swopped over. But this only applies to 38 out of several thousand of us? No company is going to get it 100% right, look at the likes of British Gas and others. There are bound to be some mistakes when dealing in so many customers. Okay so we went through a period of turmoil for a few days, but everythings been resolved now for those that have been swopped and I think you guys are stirring up a mass hysteria on this thread.

Only one mistake and I for one made it nuff said

I am very happy with the new service and thousands of others must be and you say I am only one sticking up for Redten and Clode. The reason is that the vast majority of us many thousands perhaps are quite happy as well. They have no reason to post on here have you thought of that I am thinking not. Anyone who is happy has no reason to look at this thread. This thread has only attracted a very small minority of customers who are not happy and I think an ulterior motive is behind the scenes here. I am thinking that there has been a small blip in service and you have jumped on it as a way to try to keep your computers without seeing the 3 year contract out. So greed and selfishness are playing a hand I think we should all accept the minor blip and be pleased that we are with a better service. Not trying to use this little blip as an excuse to try to grab the computer and run without seeing through the contract that we are signed up to.

sorry --not Clode --but definitely redten communications ltd spokesperson.

Loaded, if your prepared to accept the reduced service and take the chance of staying be my guest.
I for one am getting slower speeds, intermitant email access, a capped account which means i can't use 4OD etc and no free upgrade to 24mb. Redten's PC is still in the box where is has been from day 1of my contract so if they want it they can come get it. I just want to move to a reputable supplier!

Another ploy from RedTen this afternoon, they told me there address is not Docklands, that is the registered address but the mail gets forwarded from there to them. So denied any knowledge of my letters. When I asked what the correct address was he wouldn't tell me. All he would say os that they were in West London.

Report them then to Luton Trading Standards Office who have a special complaints and warning site category for rogue traders such as these.

Under company law they have to receive mail at that address. If you know who you spoke to, you can notify company house that they are not using that address which they have registered at company house as the company address for all company house and other documentation.

West London they'll be at their nominal secretary in W1 renting out rooms by the hour.

    Definitively virtual!!!!

It's good to know that Redten do have some happy customers.
I however will be looking for an unlimited usage provider, as who knows what I may be doing over the internet in a years time. Two years ago 15Gb would have been a massive allowance but not now. Good luck to you Loaded.

why dont you ask us why we never did this before now if its just to keep a pc and swan away else where as if it was that id have knocked them from day 1 i would have nothing to loose i have nothing for balliffs to recover and as hamish said hes on a pension im on benifits they would get probally a pound a week so what your point in all this your happy and we are not live with it we have rights if you want to be rolled on then fine thats your decision but its certainly not ours if you want your computer come get it ill pack it up ready for collection just give me the date
give me what ive paid so far for the breach of contract as ive not been hiring this pc so i should reckon youll have to pay me back every penny ive spent so far so balls in your court let me go no penaltys or take and pay either way your going to loose the law will be on the side of those that have the right to exercise it and in what i think its our corner that has the better seat !!!

LOADED if you had bothered to read previous posts you would have seen there are people who are less fortunate than yourself (reference to your username) who have nothing to gain and everything to loose ,as there main contact tool is the net ,if you dont mind me asking why the user name loaded ?????
Is it because your loaded because you just conned loads of people out of money for an inferior internet service or you trying to compensate for something.
