I am very happy with the new service and thousands of others must be and you say I am only one sticking up for Redten and Clode. The reason is that the vast majority of us many thousands perhaps are quite happy as well. They have no reason to post on here have you thought of that I am thinking not. Anyone who is happy has no reason to look at this thread. This thread has only attracted a very small minority of customers who are not happy and I think an ulterior motive is behind the scenes here. I am thinking that there has been a small blip in service and you have jumped on it as a way to try to keep your computers without seeing the 3 year contract out. So greed and selfishness are playing a hand I think we should all accept the minor blip and be pleased that we are with a better service. Not trying to use this little blip as an excuse to try to grab the computer and run without seeing through the contract that we are signed up to.

An average download speed of 6.5mb and unlimited downloads or an average of 3mb and a 15gb cap.
Can you wait a while so i can sit and rub my chin while i think about what is the better deal.0 -

I have faster speeds and I think I have had only 2 or 3 connection drops in the hole period since the swop over to njp. Before this I was getting connection drops several times an hour sometimes every few minutes which was most annoying when typing out posts and finding they were lost.0 -
Obviuosly my post was not directed at you redten and others that have been unfortunate enough not to be swopped over. But this only applies to 38 out of several thousand of us? No company is going to get it 100% right, look at the likes of British Gas and others. There are bound to be some mistakes when dealing in so many customers. Okay so we went through a period of turmoil for a few days, but everythings been resolved now for those that have been swopped and I think you guys are stirring up a mass hysteria on this thread.
if you can say that then you obviuosly dont use the internet for little but nothing but us that signed up for the privalage to use it to our hearts conetent and our familys did it for just that reason shure they chucked in the free pc which seems to be costing not even what they said it was worth but in excess of 700 pound minimum mine is 913.63 which is nearly double what they said it was worth so go take ya childish comments and post em on the disney site youll have more of an audiance with them sort of comments!!! we are here stating what it is not what it is on cloud nine.0 -

i would like to thank clode for reminding me i signed up for an unlimited service
a 15gig cap is totaly unworkable we have 4 comps and 2 laptops on our home network
i have been using my home hub for 2 weeks now and have used 30gig and the speed is twice that of redtens
i have to compose my letter of intention to clode and redten tonight
i dont intend to pay the next DD0 -
