for those who don't know Im one of those redten customers who haven't been transfered over to NJP for technical reasons (I assume). after many phone calls to Redten, NJP, Barbar Gulzar & BTWholesale an order to transfer me to NJP has been placed yesterday. I paid 3 years upfront and I'll be happy just to get connected and I do hope the limit changes to 30GB or over.

SELFISH ,how dare you ,i have not had a single reason to complain so why would i now jump on the bandwagon and try to keep the crappy free computer ,my motive is that this has shown a severe lack of respect for its customers and i had my reservations when watford electronics went down as these are the same people but i stuck with it .Now the service is not what is advertising that is blatant LIEING.You definitely work for them or are just spineless and will take the shafting they seem to be dishing out.

i have slower speeds, a 15GB data transfer limit and have had no proper service for weeks, i signed for unlimited downloads as thats what i want if i had wanted less i would have not signed for 3 years and would have gone to one of the cheaper providers. until the change to njp i had no problems with connection or speed

If you are happy with the system then hey go for it, I have no problem with anyone staying if they are happy, but what can be faired is to give those of us who are not our MAC codes and release from a changed contract. Horses for courses

why dont you ask us why we never did this before now if its just to keep a pc and swan away else where as if it was that id have knocked them from day 1 i would have nothing to loose i have nothing for balliffs to recover and as hamish said hes on a pension im on benifits they would get probally a pound a week so what your point in all this your happy and we are not live with it we have rights if you want to be rolled on then fine thats your decision but its certainly not ours if you want your computer come get it ill pack it up ready for collection just give me the date
give me what ive paid so far for the breach of contract as ive not been hiring this pc so i should reckon youll have to pay me back every penny ive spent so far so balls in your court let me go no penaltys or take and pay either way your going to loose the law will be on the side of those that have the right to exercise it and in what i think its our corner that has the better seat !!!

Another ploy from RedTen this afternoon, they told me there address is not Docklands, that is the registered address but the mail gets forwarded from there to them. So denied any knowledge of my letters. When I asked what the correct address was he wouldn't tell me. All he would say os that they were in West London.

BMW have just informed me that owing to some one speeding the engine in my car will be reduced to 100 ccand 20 hp get real we all want to talk to redten but they are deaf and dumb perhaps not quite as dumb as the people who signed for unlimited with them
