I feel sorry for the poor ordinary staff at Redten/Clode who have to take the wrath of your whipped up frenzy when answers the phones. They are ordinary peoples who have a home and family and are working to earn a decent living.
Perhaps if they did a decent job (i.e. not hang up on people, return calls / emails / letters, stop telling fibs, passing the buck etc.) you'd be on to something. I doubt Redten pay good wages, so why should they give a stuff anyway?

I have faster speeds and I think I have had only 2 or 3 connection drops in the hole period since the swop over to njp. Before this I was getting connection drops several times an hour sometimes every few minutes which was most annoying when typing out posts and finding they were lost.

    Loaded,

Care to quote where you are a regular poster on other forums ?

I must say you appear nothing more than a mole for RedTen. I'd be happy to send you a PM to your email address (RedTen) of course, just to confirm a few matters.

Most posters on here would have settled for the service they had signed up to, however RedTen have consistently failed to deliver on their promise, indeed changing the terms and conditions of the contract without due notice and agreement.

No amount of apologies would suffice now, it's gone too far. Business is built upon trust. RedTen have delivered a fatal self inflicted blow, but then again I don't suppose the RedTen business owners will lose any sleep over that matter, time and time again their business interests have failed leaving many out of pocket.

I didn't mean to drum up hostilities I was thinking these things should be putting into perspective. As Clode have said that 15GB seems to be adequate for the vast majority of peoples but if not to speak to Redten. Has anyone does this? Perhaps they will increase to 30GB or proper unlimited. I use the internet a lot as does my good wive and children and I am thinking I am not going to need anywhere nears the 15GB in a month. Those on here are complaining of slower speeds, my experience is faster speeds with much reduced dropped connections. Obviously not the same for everyone better for some worse for some that cannot be helped. I was pointing out that you all seem to have got into a frenzy about a small blip in service and perhaps you should be stepping back and taking stock of what you have got. Except for the poor peoples that have not got swopped over and even one say on here all he wants is the swop to be connected. That's all I am trying to point out. I feel sorry for the poor ordinary staff at Redten/Clode who have to take the wrath of your whipped up frenzy when answers the phones. They are ordinary peoples who have a home and family and are working to earn a decent living.

Loaded you must be gullible or worse, Who are Clode to decide what's reasonable? I work online and use around 20Gb a week, more if there is something I miss on Iplayer or 4OD. The whole point is that people who sign up for an unlimited service are generally those who know that they are going to use a lot of bandwidth, sticking a cap on is obviously going to annoy them!!
Since this fisaco started I am one of the lucky one's who did not get transferred (why....who knows!!), my new provider I am getting much faster speeds (up & down), no drops and there's always someone at the end of the phone. I tried for days to get through to RT to no avail, yes I agree that they are ordinary people, but they are customer service staff, if they aren't competant to talk to customers then they shouldn't be doing that job.

I hope my posts do not amount to advertising I am only putting my point of view acrosss as all you peoples on this thread are allowed to put your points of views across. Redten/Clode do know that some of us are happy with the sevice apart from the little blip and it seems just a few out of the thousands of customers are complaining all the time on this thread. I wish you all well in your debactacles but remembering that many of us are very very happy thank you.
