More info for all.

Just spoke to OFCOM again. I have requested on this forum that everyone put in a ......................................... For everyone who has sent a letter to REDTEN can you send an email copy to OFCOM macevidence@ofcom.org.uk in the subject line put your reference number if you have already registard a complaint. OFCOM asked if I could put this here as they can not use this site as evidence against REDTEN. More waiting but hopfully REDTEN will start to answer some of us. .................

Duly dispatched as requested RonJK

I have also just spoken to a gentleman at OFCOM and advised him that MSE seems to be the only place where any information can be found from other custome
rs.
He wasn't aware o
f this so I have forwarded him a link to page 17 which appears to be the start, as of 10th March.

Mac0 I also agree with you that fiscally it would be good to at least have some sort of communication from Clode personnel on here rather than everyone constantly bombarding them with phone calls trying to establish just !!!!!! is going on and when Clode are going to take task for their responsibilities to their customers.

I also fully understand where gnipper is though and please don't think, that I think, we should in anyway relinquish the pressure on Redten or Clode to sort THEIR mess out.

However as there are many customers who will more than likely be unable to afford to pursue these cowboys, with repeated lengthy phone calls (i.e. always on hold) then it would be beneficial to all parties if some kind of communication channel was opened up, be that through this medium MSE or any other means that would suit Redten & Clode. I'm not fussed where the Official information comes from as long as 'they' start talking!

Like I've mentioned previously, to this date neither REDTEN nor CLODE have contacted me by letter, email or telephone since the original Nov'06 conformation emails. Unless you class a backdated letter informing me that I'd been 'Slammed' by RT to another ISP namely NJP a week after my ADSL line was severed by BT for non payment by RT

So come on CLODE, tell US what you think should happen!
* Are you going to honour your own T&Cs?
* Are you going to allow your good name to be dragged through the dirt by the underhanded tactics of the directors or Redten Internet Unlimited?
* Are you going to accept that you have joint liability?
* Are you willing to allow even ONE customer to win a court case against you?

Ok some of these questions maybe harsh but the bottom line for everyone (I think) on here and also not on here, is that we haven't done anything wrong, yet YOU and YOUR retail partner have broken your own T&Cs in many places, Redten has misled it's customers and has and still IS falsely advertised a service that they are not able to deliver.
How can you allow this to happen
