    thanks m8 but its not you that should be feeling sorry for me and offer help we all know who that should be dont we if you got money spare then use it for all our benefits pay the court fees or what ever with it ive survived on less than nothing before and can again !!! but at the same time this time its not at my own fault and if i dont get a satisfactory result for our plight and soon and i qoute soon then it will be them that pay for my hardship it wont just be claim for the breaches ect it will the loss of my day to living and sorry but thats gonna cost more than the court costs :)
    but thank you for offer and god i do need it but i think i can go without to help others i wont be the only one feeling hardship from this and the sooner we get a result the sooner the gates will tumble and the walls will fall and the sea of claims will come with a winning chance on one case that is won!!!!

    yup i got the mac straight away from the web page
    tryed to ring redten but after holding for 25mins gave up
    rang clode but they said they were in the dark but directors were meeting
    rang bt ordered a home hub
    got back online 4 days later

    now i need to sort the finance out my legal advisor from my bank says my actions were reasonable with the information i had to go on
    at the mo im paying each month for 2 lots of broadband

    Seeing as the redten customers on this board are so nice, why don't the Redten directors pass their shares over for us to run it as a not for profit partnership?

    You were one of the few lucky ones, I got my MAC code the Tuesday morning after black Monday, used it with TalkTalk but it got rejected before they had time to activate my line.

    i have read all the posts on here and followed the deadten webpage
    and i do feel i am in a very fortunate position in the fact that i have a faster internet now than i ever had from redten
    however i do feel that my financial position might be somewhat affected by the fact that i moved so quick
    at the time i felt i had to take action or the kids and wife would be unbearable with out the net (and myself)
    i have posted letters to redten and clode and e-mailed them both i did this on the 24th asking for an agreeable solution to the sorry mess as yet i have had no reply
    later this week i shall write again offering a suggestion lol
