Nice one mate and good luck. One question - what is a SAR?[/quot

This is a subject access request made under the data protection/information acts,

a company must provide the data it holds on files on you provided you ask in the right way and for the right information as the information held on you is protected by the above acts.
Most companies do not charge for personal nformation requests but in order that they cannot refuse, I will send the recommended £10 with the request. They should return this if they do not normally charge.
I will also send personal identification to match that required when the loan was issued in order that they know it is me and cannot use that as an excuse to refuse.

I have already asked for my basic account info and they have not given it. Now that they will have 40 days to respond they are going to be asked for everythin they hold on me including any correspondence with redten about me.

If you want to read more about it a good site is out-law.com

    VERY!
Perhaps they've sold the addresses to someone else... say NJP?
Or maybe they realise that they are advertising something they can't supply any of it!
or maybe they haven't paid their hosting company!!!!!!!

Perhaps they are busy removing the "FREE" that was splattered across that PC....and/or changing their terms and conditions...AGAIN.

Then again, perhaps they've stopped trading.

Sites both loading for me - although i'm not using a redten connection, any correlation between the facts? I dont know but odd, although the redten.net one comes up with a error on the frontpage:
