    Hi Handyandyg
Your circumstances are exactly the same as mine
and the letter you have recived clearly states

As a result you are now free to enjoy the services contracted by you under this arrangement

This is clearly an admission that the agreement is for internet unlimited which is something of a breakthrough
A copy of this letter may help others would it be possable to post it on the deadten site

Do not be so hasty--it does not say that. It does not mention what that service was or is. Note the use of the present tense in 'this arrangement'

The only piece of paper or written which I have and identifies " my current arrangement " is the information in the NJP Redten account box --which clearly states that I have been signed up to redten max which is 15GB limited service.

That is not what my original agreement was but is fully accessible at the present to this current contracted arrangement as outlined in the account information and which ignores my assertion that my original contract has been broken and replaced with this arrangement.

    F.

Are they kidding!!! Well I’m an IT consultant and one of my clients is an excellent solicitor with matters of this sort. That will be my first visit tomorrow to give hime the info I have and also point him to this forum and other relevant sites. Will keep you all posted.

If you need someone to write a statement saying what service we are getting now + screen shots from account page to prove they are not supplying unlimited let me know

Please tell us more as I am looking to migrate to Tiscali, this could have a large bearing on whether I do or not

Hiya this is my first post and Im in the same boat as everyone else. I have sent letters to Clode and Redten using your templates, thanks for that. Although Ive been trying to keep up with the posts this may have already been mentioned and Ive missed it. NJP, who we now appear to be contracted with, are advertising Max Unlimited broadband for £16.95, is this not the same contract we now have except we are limited, if they are offering this to new customers how are we still limited.

    Thanks firstclass for your response
the opening line of the letter i quoted refers to "your loan agreement 538734" and then goes on to say under this agreement
after logging into the njp fast4 members which im still able to do it says my contract expires 11 april 2008
so thats got to be a result
it also says my account was set up 11th of march but i didnt have access to it for some time and still had walled garden untill the 15th at least

daddyman, cheers for that, if I need anything will hopefully post an update by noon tomorrow. Has anyone else seen a solicitor as yet? I am 100% confident in mine as he dealt with a simular case for me a couple of years ago.
