Yeh, just logged in now - says my adsl order has been rejected (maybe cause I took my MAC code elsewhere). I did not want to spend the last 3-4 weeks debating with redten or clode over my broadband service which is why I switched straight away.

I think not! I think we got the BT walled page as a last minute resort because there was no planning what so ever (BT I think would not put this sort of information on the web unless what they said had some element of truth) Redten could have emailed, rang a couple of months earlier to say they were having problems with BT.

I personally think the whole thing is the sign of a company on its way out!

Clode need to recover there losses (and they won't get it from redten)
