i sent my letters to redten and clode on the 25th of last month and e-mails at the same time
ive had no replys
ive pointed out that with the information available at the time i had to take action
ive pointed out that the service made available on the 20th would not have been suitable
and i have asked for a reasonable and agreeable soloution to the mess created by themselves

yes, twice --no reponse to letters; and then phone calls --answer is speak to redten.

we need to keep focussed in pursuing them through the legitimate channels and not be sent round in circles.

see if you click on cancel it says that option not available untill 11/04/2008 so given that id persume its exactly one month from the date they said contract started!! which was on 11/03/2008 so in my thinking monthly contract? or is it first month to then after that for the rest of your terms? or as long as they can pay for it !!!

Thats exactly right and now if they dont respond you should go to FSO as they dont charge and can impose a settlement on Clode. or then or alternatively go to the small claims court but that means in 2 separate places including london for redten who have no assets anyawy and there fore difficult to make them return money to clode --far better pursuing clode and they can pursue redten if they wish. the big boys are doing that now over watford anyway.
