Hi Martin, It's been a week since you and your team became aware of this problem, and the saga still continues - lack of information from Redten/Clode, no e-mails, reduced service etc. I appreciate that you have other projects that you are working on, but would you be kind enough to provide a update on what you have found so far.0

As a consumer i have a right to have a go at bad or even shocking treatment
so im not bothered about these posts being monitored
and i will defend myself and any others i can
it seems we are finding it hard going being on the offensive so it may be better to stop all DDs and let them come to us0 -
njp do it via monthly contract as far as i can see !!!0

Thanks firstclass for your response
the opening line of the letter i quoted refers to "your loan agreement 538734" and then goes on to say under this agreement
after logging into the njp fast4 members which im still able to do it says my contract expires 11 april 2008
so thats got to be a result
it also says my account was set up 11th of march but i didnt have access to it for some time and still had walled garden untill the 15th at least
Everyone's says that and has said that from the beginning --we appear to be in the first month of a contract which allows you to withdraw at the end of the month if you do not want to accept the contract any more. This is a standard set by OFCOM which is really only supposed to apply to new single individual sign ups for a service.
There are two dates applicable on your account box: your order date of the 10.3.2008 and your activation date of 18.3.2008.
The crucial bit is you must ensure that you have complained of an ending of your contract by redten prior to the 11.4.2008 and your not willing to accept the reduced offer they appear to have made. It only appears as we have had no notice of this or confirmation of this by redten other than the letter from NJP which states that they have taken over the provision of the broadband service to us from redten. Therefore all written evidence shows that we are now being proviided with broadband by NJP in some contractual arrangement with redten but for a service which is much lesser than our original agreement with redten.
Sorry it is a bit hard to explain all the connotations of the position in a short answer.
