    That's exactly what I think you should all do. Clode are relying on people not to act. The longer you leave it, the harder it will be to prove to a judge that you haven't accepted the new terms and conditions imposed upon you.     Some calls to make today to Clode - ive given up on Redten - they wont answer my calls, emails or RD letters so all my efforts will be directed at Clode. I am not prepared to wait any longer to get this resolved... I for one hope Clode are monitoring this forum. Just do something about it!!

    I'm now on virgin and the wife and kids are with deadten (using it to the max)

    what i cannot understand is when we had the 3 / 5 m cap my bandwidth was used in a few days now we are on the 15 it seems to be going up a lot slower.

    keep up the fight, we have done nothing wrong and the courts will see it our way.

    Hi Guys,

    I've done all that's necessary so far - emailed complaints to Redten, Clode and NJP; followed this up with Registered letters of complaint (all verified as being received). Basically I told Clode/Redten that I considered they had breached the Agreement/contract we have, and the action I required them to take was to restore my unlimited broadband connection or, failing that, release me from my contract and provide me with my MAC code. Of course, I've received no replies, and I don't think I've yet formally asked for my MAC code, as I've been waiting for the unlimited service to be resumed (some hope, I know, but trying to do it all correctly).

    But I'm afraid my brain has now started to hurt, and I've lost the thread of what I need to do next. I'm aware of the Small Claims route, and the fact that I can make a claim on line - but would someone kindly summarise what I now need to do - and who against? - Is it Clode, or Redten or both?

    well all i just spoke to clode once again and i must say was pleasantly suprised at the guy i spoke to not alot has progressed however i have asked if he could put forward some way of a reprisentative to come forward to the forum and at least join in / give information as happens to maybe answer general questions now i hope if what he said that he thought that is a good idea and is passing it on as suggestion he thought it made sense to have such a line of communication between us and i hope it can happen too i know as a company in law they are jointly responsible but it does seem that they are banging thier heads against a wall as like us and hope if such reprisentation is forthcomming then i hope everyone can keep to the subject and not be personal and make it a happy easier line for communication and information sharing i also would hope we could all see also that it wouldnt be on a personal basis it would have to be i suppose a collective way of communicating so all i can say on that is please lets make it pleasant and worth them comming for all our sakes ... also it would mean we could just concentrate here not on phones or through any of the other ways of expensive communication .
