I'm out of pocket at no fault to myself.
The courts will agree.
good luck - open the flood gates0 -
Oh and if anyone is on means tested benefits they can get a waiver of the upfront courts costs. http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/courtfinder/forms/ex160a.pdf
And I also must thank Mark Jenkins for his attention today. I asked for a settlement to save themselfs court costs. My request was declined.
Mark Jenkins a man of a few words! Clode retail finances Finest operations manager.
Also read the CAB advice to taking people to small claims court. Very interesting.
Anyone thinking of Legal action, keep a file and put all your Forms, letters, copies of your letters in there. Keep all receipts for recorded delivery and copy of phone bill.
I even got a copy of the original micromart mag with the advert!
Keep it all safe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They phoned me back! I've got my MAC code and I'm free! I didn't think they would ring me back but they did. The person who answered the phone seemed a bit fed up. As if he'd been doing this all day!

Come the 11th, the cancel account option should be available on the NJP Control Panel, so worst case you should be able to gain your MAC code from there...
Another user who has sent recorded mail letters to clode and Redten a second time (No response from the first lot)

Whilst I remember - those who have racked up their usage really quickly - and dont know why, its really worth running some virus scanning software etc, to make sure you dont have any backdoor trojans etc. I'm a heavy user morning and night (even have a backup server here for my websites) and my total usage so far this month has been 0.479 Gb total. The only thing I've stopped doing is watching youtube/iplayer, so that kind of usage is a little suspicious.
I would also recommend a program called TCPView (made by a really well known company called Microsoft) which lets you see what programs are using your network connection.
Of course if your on nntp/p2p/torrent sites its your own fault0 -
Great site that, would be nice to have been a wiki type thing, to contribute to the content....
But nonetheless, excellent work and will be invaluable.
I'll link to this on my sites if thats Ok, just to speed up seo.

Words really do fail me about Clode's attitude - WE ARE THE INNOCENT VICTIMS HERE
Mark Jenkins' refusal to provide you with a settlement figure amounts to a refusal for you to exercise your rights under SECTION 94 of the CONSUMER CREDIT ACT 1974.
So, please add this in your Court Action.
These guys are just digging themselves deeper and deeper in ****.0
