    About US

Our philosophy is simple; to make computing and internet access as easy to use and as affordable as possible.

Your PC hardware will arrive fully configured and ready to connect to the internet. It’ll be backed by 365-day technical support and a comprehensive 3-year parts-and-labour warranty, and each month you’ll have the choice of some great software titles. There really is no easier route to PC ownership and broadband internet connection.

Instead of having to fork out a lump sum on a new PC, plus a monthly amount on broadband, all you pay is a small connection charge, followed by an all inclusive monthly charge. Monthly charges start at just £12.99, which works out at around 40p per day. That's unlimited** broadband and access to a state-of-the-art PC for around the cost of a packet of crisps or a chocolate bar. Redten Internet is not only better value for money, but it’s better for you.

So what are you waiting for? Sign up today!

It's not actually unlimited its capped and the state of the art pc is actually worth less than a packet of crisps and a chocolate bar.

Clode should have quoted a "settlement" figure then, in accordance with section 94 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 rather than a "refusal"

A "settlement" figure is, after all required for the Court action

    Perhaps dafftbint will clarify?

I left it open in the first letter. I did mention that litigation was indeed required as Clode refused to to do anything.

My second 7 day letter will mention what is required of them to satisfy my concerns and and end to my finance agreement.

I shall offer no more than the value of the PC minus costs and whats already paid to them.

    for example
    Value of PC £500
    My Costs to date £76.50
    Payments to date 299.85

    And All Court costs.

I'm no longer require broadband from redten due to the fact you cant trust them.

What is the £150 figure supposed to settle ? I think not the Clode agreement and if it is just for the privilege of getting your MAC its another illegal act by Redten and you still owe Clode to the agreement end date
    Who cares ??
