I sent an email query to Clode on 11 March too, and received a reply from Nicola Dobson within 20 minutes, saying there was a connection problem which was to be resolved. She said they had spoken to Harpal and Baber.

That was the week when she WAS replying to emails.

on your welcome page will be a account number, use that instead of your username, but the same password, that will get you into your account if your username is too long

complaints to the DTI


This is the DTI site for making complaints about any of the above categories of traders who agree to supply one thing and then try to get you to accept another without your agreement. Who advertise something as free and then try to charge you for it. Who are careless with your financial details. Who misrepresnt their offers to induce you or track into buying something which is sunsequently not delivered!!!!! sound familier? Then lodge your complaint; it can even be done anonymously though must of us are happy to put our names to it.

no, I cannot get into mine either --since I can access all other mail boxes both web and pop, must be their system.
