NJP Services advice for issuing mac codes. Use the ticketing system, not a problem!!!!
What ticketing system would that be0 -
Hi everyone - I've been looking at this site for a while now, its been a godsend as there has been little or no or false information coming from redten, njp or clode so thanks to everyone here. I've sent out complaint letters today and am ready to help in any way I can to get this sorted.
March rabbit, I'll soon be able to let you know what happens when you go over 15Gb because I've just checked njp and I'm at 14.442Gb from around 3pm on April 1st even though I've only been browsing, catching up on Email and updating anti virus - not quite high bandwidth usage?
I've actually had enough and I'm off to Talktalk soon but I'm not letting this go so count me in for anything you guys are doing.0 -
Just been to the Post Office and sent my recorded letters to both Redten and V12 / Clode. They've got seven days to release me from their contracts, or else I submit a claim to the courts. See how they like that. :rotfl:0

They phoned me back! I've got my MAC code and I'm free! I didn't think they would ring me back but they did. The person who answered the phone seemed a bit fed up. As if he'd been doing this all day!0

well for me just getting a mac code to go pay another provider and pay clode for my contract for the free pc and not even get the internet from redten as per contract is not what im after i want my contract ceased for breach without penalty`s or what ever and no downtime during change over and ill keep my free pc thank you been paying them my money for around 16 months now i think it works out !!! or i want a refund from day one they can have the pc back at their cost not mine and pay any charge to go else where!!!. ohh and also provide me some sort of back up medium to back the hard disk up so i dont loose any of my stuff as well.0

and the reason i say i would want refund if they want pc back to cancel contract is because it was "free" and if they want to say the broadband was free then fine i havent been hiring the pc from them so i want a refund im in no contract to buy a "pc" from them!!!!0

I've started legal procedings against clode retail finance. I look to claim all costs involved sorting this matter out.
I'm out of pocket!
The courts will agree.0
