I have just phoned clode for a copy of my statement as I need this to enter into my paperwork for the small claims court. Trying to build up a full case without missing anything. I have copies of the two letters written to Redten and Clode. I have copies of my origional order and details of what has been going on since this debacle started on the 11th March.
If anyone can think of anything else required that would be gratefully noted.
I will be writing another letter next week informing Redten/Clode of my move to the small claims court as they are unhelpful or unobtainable and are stalling any information supplied to cover themselves.0 -

Dont forget the BT notice, and copies of info from NJP and screen shots from you account info etc.
The advert you responded to is important etc etc --the company info about changes of addresses and notifying us is important too.

Doesnt bode well for me that your recorded delivery letters have been unanswered. Only serves to wind me up even more. I have put my name, address, telephone number (day and evening) and a reliable email address on the letters so no way can they say they couldnt get hold of me.
I can see what will happen here - im going to end up having to issue court summons on them both for breach of contract. Grr. thats annoying.
Still, at least they will have little defence as I can prove I have given them more than reasonable time scale to respond.
