  • Hi Folks

Well did not get any response yet from the good folks over at clode red, cannot access my old redten web mail --dropped by server when I try. Course took screen shots of this.

Nothing either on NJP site --same as before in relation to " your signed up " etc. this is meaningless and this practice being investigated by OFCOM.
---only meaning is that you must complain of breach by redten before 11.4.2008 as if you dont and then remain with NJP after that, a court may deem you to have excepted the new terms.

Maybe some info coming your way very soon guys, just seeing what I can organise.

Hurry up with the info, RedTen might cap all our links again and will never find out.:rotfl:

I received an email response from the email I sent to clode (customerrealations), nothing relevant, just asking me supply my account number so that they can progress it further.

at least it's the start of a response.

Don't hold your breath, I got exactly the same yesterday, even though I had detailed that information in my original complaint.

F is right here and this is very important.

If you adopt a "suck it and see" attitude and do nothing, the inference is that you are accepting the breaches and the new terms and conditions by conduct.

Faxed Clode this morning as I dont have a number for Redten. 3 Recorded delivery letters just about to be sent too basically asking for my MAC - not giving them the option to give me the service I signed up for as they have breached their contract already so its null and void.

just registered deadten.com as a domain name, was thinking of setting up an area to be able to download letter templates of complaint, if you think this is a good idea and have letters you don't mind sharing then send me a private message with your email address.

Anybody got the email address for customer services at Clode? I've already sent them a registered letter requesting a MAC code, but as the REDTEn email system is not working I've got a new email addresss with Yahoo which I want to send to Clode.

    Professa

this is right if you intend on getting out and you dont make an initial complaint, clode and even a court can and will deem that you have accepted the new terms as you have made no written statement otherwise (it would be wise to do this before 11.4 as this is 30 days after service initially went down. after the 30 days is up anyone who hasnt complained will have a lot of hassle trying to get anywhere especially getting out)

although right now we re all in that same boat just waiting for answers but dont sit back and take it, you have to act or you could be stuck with this hassle until the 3year contract is up (lets face it by that time we dont know where rt will be, selling windows, selling things on old ladies doorsteps, on street corners etc)

i would lodge a complaint at least to clode just to make sure they cant fob you off if you want to get out
