Log in at fast4net in the members area. login details are your redten account and password then click on bandwidth usage.

under Bandwidth page:The total cost of additional bandwidth usage is shown below. Your current plan includes 15GB of inclusive bandwidth per month (plus any additional Bolt-Ons you may have purchased). Usage above this limit is charged at a rate of £2.00 per GigaByte or part thereof.0

Thanks for that, but the letter I got from Redten/NJP shows an ADSL username and password - the username is in the format firstname.surname.redten@surfmax, which is too big for the field - am I doing something wrong?0

Any one who signs up for unlimited is usually a heavy user.
Here, here!!!
In the 10 days since service resumed via NJP, I have tried my absolute hardest NOT to exceed the pathetic 5GB bandwidth limit imposed on my ADSL line.
I have not used any Streaming Media, played even one on-line game or transferred any files via work FTP, just emails and very light surfing.
Therefore I will find it virtually impossible to conduct my normal, note I do not say medium or heavy usage here and stay within the new 15GB cap
I ordered an unlimited bandwidth service and even if DEADTEN were to offer me a 1000 GB cap which I would never be able to hit, I would still refuse it as that is NOT what I am paying them for.
It's like buying a Ferrari and then been delivered a Ford.
Only to be told by the finance company to stop moaning it's still car isn't it.

Hello everyone, sorry I haven't posted in awhile, but I have been keeping track of the forum.
Has anyone noticed that their connection Log has been reset again!!
mine was reset at about 18:00pm and then again at about 21:00pm do you think that maybe resetting the counters every 3 hours in order to provide unlimited???
my concern now is that they are getting us back on line and may start to say that the service will be unlimited, start to close all their open complaints with us and then smack us in the face with a cap again at a later date!!
basically to stop people persueing getting out of their contracts.
or am I just being paranoid again?0 -
oh and hello BANGER!!! he knows who he is ;-)0
