When this fiasco first started and I had the "contact us " facility (now gone) every message I sent was replied to by fast 4 not redten now fast 4 are well known for having done with great success exactly what Redten are doing now ie unlimited cut to caped with no warning at all.

However there cap was 15 Gig (which I think RT will do eventualy to make us feel gratefull) but at least fast4 did give MAC,s on request

If any one has got their MAC please tell me how

Good idea in principal Professa but I think everyone needs to contact them otherwise they can fob one person off.

Volume will get results and the more hassle they get the more they will want it over with.

Im just preparing my email to Redten asking for my MAC if I dont/cant get one from NJP today. Asked for a call back from them but Im not holding my breath!

Yes mine went down at 1608 27/03/2008 have no adsl coming into the house any more, am wondering if it is because I obtained my mac code from BT wholesale on day one, am using dial up on laptop at the moment

I sent an email to NJP this morning. I said is NJP still dealing with Redten? I got reply back:

Just spoke to OFCOM, there advise was to call REDTEN, ????? DOH

Explained spent two hours on hold last Friday with no success, he then stated that they were trying to contact RedTen Senior management but couldn't get in touch with them either. If they can speak to them then what chance do we.

LOL essex. They are in a simultaneous meeting with NJP and Clode apparantly.

@shiplu how did you contact them? I cant do it via my account and that email adress just bounces back straight away?!
