Just spoke to OFCOM, there advise was to call REDTEN, ????? DOH

Explained spent two hours on hold last Friday with no success, he then stated that they were trying to contact RedTen Senior management but couldn't get in touch with them either. If they can speak to them then what chance do we.

OFCOM are a waste of time to be honest
  • Hi all,

I've been monitoring this forum since the Walling and am in the same depressing position having been signed up dec 06.

After passing the ridiculous 5GB limit, I tried unsuccessfully to purchase bolt-ons numerous times!!!!

I've just checked my credit card and there are 5 transactions at £18 each!!!!
    GUTTED!
What do you reckon my chances are at getting a refund!?

Think its time for the registered delivery letters!!

    Robbing Ba**ards!!!

Just spoke to Clode who seem to be as resigned as we are about this mess they asked me to email them with my complaint but warned I am in a long list teh person I spoke to did not disagree my claim that they are liable in the event of Redtens failure to provide service paid for (yes I know that means nothing in reality )
Just sent this as they requested
    ***************************************************************

The above account relates to myself and Redten Internet, created 30 November 2006 was for the supply of 1 Redten PC Computer package free of charge and supply of unlimited Internet access for 3 years at a cost of £719.00 free of interest.

I have maintained my part of said agreement to date 30 March 2008.

Redten as the supplier have failed to meet their agreed and paid for commitments as they have with out prior warning or agreement reduced the unlimited service to a derisory and totally unacceptable level of service.

All attempts to contact Redten Internet have been ignored and the facility to contact them withdrawn from there members panel.

It is therefore my contention that Clode Retail Finance are equally liable for the provision of service under this agreement and that in the event of Redten Internet continuing its failure to meet its obligations in provide a satisfactory level of service the above agreement will terminate with no further payments or costs to myself.

Please note that time is of the essence in this matter and a reply within 14 days is asked for.

Please also keep me informed of any further information you consider could resolve this dispute without further action

    Regards
    Who cares ??

if you look at some of the reviews for fast4 on google it might be worth going elsewhere they don't have a very good write up
