Iam sat at home and the net is still running. Have spoken to Clode and have to send them a nother letter to registar my complanit about this mess. They have been told by Redten that we are all reconnected but forgot to mention that the terms of the service have changed. also mentioned the fact that Redten are not registard with either of the industry ombudsman.

I did call NJP and ask I the MAC page will be back ...he guy told me Dead Ten have a invoice to pay on 10/03 to NJP and till today they did not have cleared...and he told me if they do not pay by today the MAC page will be back some time today ...so be in alert!!!!

Also spoke to clode, they sound like they're being clobbered at the moment, and she was very helpfull and sympathetic, they do seem to realise they are joint liable, although I will obviously have to wait and see if anything turns out of this!
