Yes Jimmy they are doing a cracking deal on a 12kbps limited line with top notch support.P.S. the PC is worth at least £200 and the vista upgrade is free because you never get it.0 -
  Monthly charges start at just £12.99, which works out at around 40p per day. That's unlimited** broadband and access to a state-of-the-art PC for around the cost of a packet of crisps or a chocolate bar. Redten Internet is not only better value for money, but it’s better for you.
So what are you waiting for? Sign up today!
Just took this from their website ( Are you telling porkies Redten ? )0 -

Monday 31st March 2008 15:00pmUnfortuanalty NJP Services have been forced to cease supply of services to Redten Internet due to non payment of invoices. This is a very unfortunate turn of events and not one that we have taken lightly.
We have been constantly trying to work with Redten to make you - the customer - have a more enjoyable surfing experience than you may have been experiencing of late.
NJP Services picked up the pieces of a financial dispute between Redten Internet and BT Wholesale on the 18th March and have supplied your internet access since then. We have up until this point not been able to offer any customer or technical support as part of that agreement
We do not want you to be without Internet access for any length of time or with a provider that clearly has not given you value for money or even kept to their side of a supply contract; we therefore have three options available to you and hope that whichever you choose will ensure a more reliable and fulfilling connection for you in the future.
Option 1 Stay with NJP Services; we will effectivley give you a brand new supply contract with ourselves which of course includes customer service and technical suuport. You will be able to add our exciting Free Calls home telephone package to your account for absolutly nothing and receive free telephone calls both day and night. Option 2 We will of course issue you with a MAC code so that you can migrate your account to any other internet service provider in the UK. Please note that this option will mean continued loss / restriction of our service until your migration completes. This can take around 5 - 7 days. Option 3 Remain with Redten and await them to move your account to another supplier , this will still take normally 5 - 7 working days.0 -

GUTTED!
What do you reckon my chances are at getting a refund!?
I've found NJP quite good and they have refunded me all moneys straight away, they saw I'd put through 3 transactions and automatically creditted £36 and I've just phoned up NJP about the last one today seeing as I never got the uncapping they said they would do and they were very pleasant and said would do it straight away, I've no quarms with NJP tbh, they seem like they have got caught in the crossfire0 -
