    completely off track here... what time is it??? the posts are saying its nearly 11am but all my clocks say nearly 1pm, i though it was only 1 hour forward!

    Just spoke to John (spot the pattern) @ NJP and he said they are currently in a meeting with Redten directors now. Yeah right whatver. He denied knowledge of the link you have supplied but then went on to say if that page DOES go live there will be a way to generate a MAC code from that. So how does he know about that then? Heh. I said I appreciate it isnt their fault but I just want some answers,

    Feel really fobbed off again now - looks like I am going to be locked out of internet AGAIN this afternoon. Wonderful.

    Hi all

    My dad is jumping up and down trying to join the group but is unable to do so because he is unable to activate his registration to join the Forum because the Redten email server is down!
    He has asked me to respond to what Hamish72 has posted concerning the recent fraudulent transaction on his debit card. On Friday (28th Mar) my dad was also a victim of a fraudulent transaction on his bank account and he suspects this could have been done online. His bank is now investigating and it is worth repeating the warning.

    Redten are dying a slow painfull death methinks. Roll on 3pm when I can get my mac and get shot of this lot of jokers.

    how are you getting on, lodged any complaints? iv emailed redten givng them 5 days to issue my mac which they have to do, regardless of any disputes. clode cant help as i dont have a contract with them! so im stuck dealing with rt.

    i think by the end of this they will have so many people on to them for their (non existant) business conduct, as long as everyone can sort out with clode and get a mac we should all get out free, redten arent going to chase anyone they will be too busy in court buying themselves out again, its just waiting for it

    njp hurry up and hand out these MACS!!!!!!!!!

    to be honest i was waiting for tomorrow, see if counters were reset, caps increased or removed, before making any contact.
    i think everyone trying to contact redten/njp/clode all the time is causing waiting times for everyone else to go up - would be better if we had a little election and chose a spokesperson who was willing and able to speak on all our behalves - don't know if that's a realistic possibility though

    i know i can't do it

    i would but im at work and need to keep the line free for customer calls. its ringing every 5 minutes

    it might be worth you talking to clode in the first instance, at least so they know your not happy. i got a feeling the people that havent told them will just be left in the dark, and fobbed off even more as they try not to lose any more contacts/money (clode will have to reclaim thier money back from redten so will be unwilling to cancel any contracts as they know theyre not going to get far)
