as they would not be providing a service then i believe everyone would be able to cancel the service without being charged.

its the lack of official information that is causing these rumours to circulate.

Why doesnt someone say this is what is going on and this is what we are doing about it.

Either way, no response to official complaint - 2 days and counting before I lose it.

just realised that its my firewall that is asking for the certificate as there is a link to the NJP contact us page on page 99 it's asking me to ok it as its got a low level of security.

Hello everyone, sorry I have been missing--the friendly folk at redten and NJP have blocked my access to my computer --limiting my speed to 10kbs/s so am unable to even get onto to view this forum.
Even loading through wifi takes for ever.
Spent all day writing and posting letters to the redten, NJP and clode. Now about to email them courtesy of my friend.
Anyone who has asked me for a copy will get one but please observe the confidentiality.
Have not had time to read all the posts I've missed but there seems to be a flurry on the site.

quick overview of today
Seems like Redten haven't been paying what they owe one of the wall garden pages appeared from NJP saying we could move it was dated today but had a time of 15.00 none of the buttons to request Mac etc worked the page disappeared everyone got excited myself included then 15.00 came and went and the page didn't reappear now everyone is back to not have a clue what is happening.

Hi all been watching this since the early posts when redten 1st went off.

to date i've sent loads of emails to clode, redten and now njp too and had no replys. and now my emails died as well i can send out but i haven't received any since friday and i only got them because i changed the pop address to the 84. number.

If anyone has written good complaints letters could i get a copy??

I like most of you now just want out of this contract.

and the NJP page is gone and my email has just been sent back too, woo hoo!
