an attachment saying RE:med help now click on it to open it and low and behold it contains an advert for meds online!!! from a site whos adress is
http://www.willbed.com:80/ which offers the likes of viagra and such!!!
now you will be thinking what relavence is this to all this but im going to explain now!!!

since last year ive been spamed in my mail box by these so called med sites and the get a bigger manhood sites now i spoke to redten about this last year and told them i was getting spammed they said block them in my filter to which everyweek i have been doing so but they keep comming different emails addys all the time i have blocked hundereds i should reckon now it became a big problem last year as my girl friend caught site of these last year and to that effect we ended splitting up for a period of time as she thought i was up to something !!! because of these mails and this morning she has had to appologise to me over that incident !!!
now my point is they have upset not only me but have caused upset to some one who never has had anything to do with them ever now more than ever im am realy annoyed with this all and if they dont want to get it sorted i for one am definately going to court and i think they will have some explaining to do when presented with this new info on how they have managed to make my life a misery and now i know its not only on the internet issue its in my private life too!!

I finally got btwholesale to arrange me a MAC code, Im expecting a phone call from BTwholesale with the MAC code today.

Once I get my MAC, where do I from here? I paid redten 3 years in advance and I still got about 2 years of redten broadband left.
I can't get through Redten on the phone, last time I got through redten phone was 1 week ago.

I've been without broadband too long that I now don't care if there is 5gb limit, i just want a connection.

I was one of those that were never transferred to NJP. I used the MAC code offered up by the original BT Wholesale page. However, I didn't use it before their stated cut-off date of 17th March. I used it to sign up to new ISP on the 21st. My connection went live this very morning!

Now I have a working connection I'll be writing to Clode and RT to try and end my contract. Many thanks to all for suggestions on what to include in those letters.

what number did you phone for BT wholesale.

A lot of talk about the 5 gb cap. I am using a 3 usb modem costing £10 a month with a 1gb limit. I have been using it all day from the 17th March.
I have checked emails, downloaded virus updates etc. I have 650mb left.

The NJP counters must be counting in mb not gb!!!

PS No reply from Redten or Clode to my emails. Will follow advice and send letters by registered post.

If they are reading this forum then SURELY they are aware of the actions we are taking and that they ARE joint liable and should SURELY keep their promises of call backs etc or promises of chasing Redten for us as they said they would on the telephone.

I was told yesterday morning to email the Customer Relations email and that I would CERTAINLY receive a call back. the message was read at 16:45pm yesterday, yet I am still waiting for that elusive call back.

I rang btwholesale on 0800 169 0934
I told them that redten gave me this number to ring so I can get my MAC code. then the guy said his team leader will phone me back and he did and explained that most redten customers have been to murphx and some have not. and will call me back with my MAC code
