well its not being removed from my letter as i feel i never gave them my go ahead on any change of service so i never gave them the right to sign me up with a company i never knew about until they had all ready given the said company my personal details i never had the right as by law to stop that before it happened! by having my right to cancel on the service being changed to a lesser service!

Just had email to Redten's Customer Sevices returned as undeliverable. Was about to have a rant, when I realised I'd wrongly addressed it to [EMAIL="care@redteninternet.con"]care@redteninternet.con[/EMAIL]

Yes Redten/NJP run it and clode look after the money for the coffees the only problem is the service is capped so its unusable and you can't get served because the redten staff behind the counter will take you order but give you something you didn't ask for then ignore you when you complain.

I have a theory that redten are operating above that cafe, on the 1st floor.
