NJP told me redten paid them in advance. They also told me their directors were due to meet redten's today, but redten's director's didnt turn up.

There is some wealthy people behind redten - able to afford good lawyers. However I feel there is alot of evidence here of breach of contract and I feel we will prevail.

the consumer credit act (god bless it) makes clode jointly liable - so if a court rules against clode; clode will then sue redten to get its money back.

I wish I could give a magic circle law firm £20k and say - right sue these guys and make all official complaints to all applicable regulators.

What gets me is there are alot of poor unemployed and/or disabled people locked into redten who have no way out. For many the net is their lifeline and its being literally throttled by redten to save redten money.

Its so unfair and it stinks. Have redten no shame?

V21 (the ISP) and the finance company being mentioned in this thread are different.... so you shouldn't link the two together.... infact V21 (the ISP) died about a year ago . . .

thats probably as they hadnt started (mis)trading when the accounts were filed, doesnt look like theyve filed any trading accounts yet. unless theyre overdue doesnt mean anything im afraid.

i know nazir & shiraz jessa father and son are on the asian rich list forget how much theyre worth but millionaires, theyve done a lot of switching directors over the last 2years, although if they were directors when watford went under then theyre not allowed to be directors again, but theyre definately behind redten
