Iam another redten customer who took a contract out in nov 2006 and as been rip off by redten/clode/njp and having the same problems. Its taking me ages to connect to the internet it started on the 21/03/08 and is still the same. Is there any one out there who can put together some kind of legal letter that we all can send off .

I sent a message to the contact us on the members area, I got an email saying that it had been responded to but no way to read the response, so now that ticket i raised will get closed in 5 days as I can't reply to it....

Gives you template letters to demand your rights under contract and complain of breach of contract by a trader/provider.

Also gives good advice about getting stuff in writing and putting stuff in writing if you need to withdraw from a contract because of a failure to provide goods and services as described.

If you send me a private email, I will send copies of the ones I have done or I can post them here but rather long.
