With reference to your recent enquiry,please accept our apologies for the delay in response.
We have liased with red10 since we were made aware of the disruption in servive.I can confirm that this was due to red10 changing service provider to NJP Services from BT Wholesale.Unfortunately, BT chose to inform customers that service had been disconnected due to liquidation. I can assure you that this is not the case. Red10 continue to trade and this has been a temporary interruption of normal service.
Red10 have confirmed that all customers internet connection should now be restored, if this is not the case,please contact Red10 on 08444820000 or alternatively NJP Services on 0871 4240135
We appreciate that many customers would like to cancel thier agreements,please be advised that Clode Retail Finance canot process these requests. An agreement can only be cancelled on instruction from Red10 the service provider.
I would like to thank you for your patience whilst this matter has been investigeted.

lol they have told me in that its back to normal service and its been investigated err so why havent they found that "Red Ten" to put thier name right for once!! have not restored the service to normal what gives in what they say here are they mad do they think im thinking ooh got my internet back and its realy cr*p and im and should be well happy go be happy and be ripped of for the rest of your dodgey contract !!!

benji your phone bill going to kill you m8 only reason i cant put on as much pressure as everyone else even though id love too !!!! i hope if any you might take eventually you can claim them cost`s back keep all your call records in case it can be claimed with in any compansation you may recieve!!

I'm afraid that they can blame everyone in breaching their T&C if you go over 5gb limit. They always can say that you were downloading copyrighted music and movies and they've locked your account, then it would be very diffucult to prove them wrong. If anyone will get through them, please ask written confirmations for any of their actions.

don't quote me on this but I believe that 0844 numbers cost between 0.5ppm and 5ppm, from a BT network, other networks may vary blah de blah blah blah.
