abuse@mse refusing to answer as to whether we can post the link to the other forum so we can discuss what we need to. They replied but ignored the question so I have asked again.0

Is anyone talking to the OFT?
Because their using deception to obtain funds.
i take it you mean Office of Fair Trading0 -
guys we are nowhere. Playing ping pong with npj, RT, Clode will just get us lies and prepared statements. We need to take this to the next level.
The longer we leave it, the more people who will leave (and cease to care).
Individual legal action - I applaud it - I feel it will take too long. Remember redten have factored in the cost of settling legal action as being less than their monthly broadband bill.
I believe what they are doing is a deliberate attempt to shrink their broadband bill by capping and "forcing" migration.
We need to start acting in unison. I have some ideas I'm investigating.
Disabled poor people on benefit RELY on redten as being their sole point of contact for the outside world. They cannot afford to migrate and pay clode. We must win for them and for ourselves.
We need to target the directors and shareholders of redten.
I'm also worried that this forum is only 20 people (aprox and a total guess) and not 200 or more individuals. How can we reach other redten customers?0 -
just having a look at the following site, it may have been posted before but this thread is getting too large to check.
http://www.consumerdirect.gov.uk/
if anyone else wants to look through it to see if they can see anything then please post it here.0 -

Consumer Direct service
Telephone calls are charged for via the 0845 number, which will cost no more than 4p per minute for BT customers (other networks vary).
The service operates from 08.00 - 18.30 Monday to Friday and from 09.00 - 13.00 on Saturday, excluding bank holidays.
Advisers are trained in all aspects of consumer rights and help people to take the best course of action when they have a consumer problem by giving legally correct advice. We do not intervene in consumer matters, such as taking action against a trader, and Consumer Direct isn't a legal service.0 -
Have tried all those type of government services before but they never give you anything you don't know. They won't commit to anything being correct, anything like this they just say you're probably right, see a lawyer!0

Have been given permission to post the link, I know some of you are having trouble registering because of your restricted internet access. If we decide to take further action against Redten etc then we must move it to the above forum.0
